 All Activities of the wholly foreign-owned enterprise shall comply with and be protected by the laws、degrees、and relevant resulations of the People’s Republic of China. 

2、外资企业应按照中华人民共和国的法律、法令和有关交规定交纳有关税款。    

The wholly foreign-owned enterprise shall pay the relevant taxes in accordance with the laws，degrees and relevant resulations of the Peope’s Republic of China.
